Overview
This course examines professionalism and its implications for and application to a wide variety of patient and client encounters. The materials are almost exclusively literary: novels, poems, plays, and short stories. The course meets Friday afternoons; in 2009, that will be 3-5 p.m., from January 9 to April 24 with time off for questionable behavior (i.e., SMU's and UTSW's spring breaks).
